We process your data on the basis of your express consent, which you provide by checking the consent box on our contact form before submission.

Your form submission is processed by Formspree Inc. (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree processes form data on our behalf and forwards it to our email address. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Form data may be stored on Formspree's servers temporarily in the course of processing.

6. Data retention

We retain your contact information for up to two (2) years from the date of your enquiry, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. If a service engagement results, data may be retained for the duration of the engagement and up to seven (7) years thereafter for contractual and legal compliance purposes.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

Request correction of any inaccurate personal data
Withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time (note: this may prevent us from responding to your enquiry)
