What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.

This site is run by Huddle Solutions Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202116284D.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, work email, rough team size and your message. There is no newsletter signup and no account to create. We do not run analytics on this site and we do not set any cookies of our own. Simply reading these pages records nothing about you beyond the standard server logs described below.

Three third parties are involved

Loading this page makes requests to services we do not control:

• Microsoft Azure hosts the site. Like any web host it keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser and the time of your request.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the page uses. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Formspree delivers the contact form to our mailbox. If you submit the form, what you typed passes through them on the way to us. If you would rather it did not, email us directly instead.

We do not receive reports from any of them about you individually, and we do not combine anything they hold with anything else.

If you contact us

Whether you use the form, email us or send a WhatsApp message, we hold what you send in our mailbox so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry. If it turns into an engagement we keep that correspondence for as long as we work together and for our own business records afterwards. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

The hero footage

The people in the video at the top of this site are not Huddle staff, clients or contractors. It is licensed stock footage, used for atmosphere only.

Asking us about your data

Write to sales@huddle.sg and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no process to follow.

Changes

If we add anything that collects data — a contact form, analytics, a booking tool — this page gets updated at the same time, and the date at the top will change.
